Shylock Capital Loan Manager provides a platform for managing loan clients and tracking loan transactions. Features include:

• Loan calculation and tracking
• Automatic interest and tax computation
• Rollover processing for overdue loans
• Tax history recording and reporting
• Data export in CSV and Excel formats
• User management for administrators

5. User Obligations

5.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Service and to update such information as necessary.

5.2 Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to:

• Consumer protection laws
• Data protection and privacy laws
• Anti-money laundering regulations
• Tax laws and regulations
• Lending and financial services regulations

5.3 Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of all Client Data and Loan Records you enter into the Service. You retain all ownership rights to your data.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Accessing other users' accounts or data without authorization
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service
• Using automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting the Service
• Harassing, abusing, or harming other users
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
